Do you ever get a little discouraged or nervous to invite someone over and have NO idea what to make?
Problem solved. I got you covered. Oven Baked Dreamy Delicious Garlic Butter Salmon.
I invited my parents and younger brother over for dinner last night and put together the yummiest, easiest meal. Anybody can make it…AND you get to feel all fancy because you made salmon.
I KNOW. You’re welcome 🙂
So whether you’re making it for yourself during the weekday or having someone over, here it is:
Oven Baked Dreamy Delicious Aioli Garlic Butter Salmon:
- ~2 lbs of Salmon
- 2-3 large garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1-2 tablespoons of Trader Joe’s Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce
- Whole black peppercorns
Preheat oven to 375° F. Cut salmon in individual slices and place them skin down on a non-stick baking sheet or in a non-stick pan (I like to use reynolds non-stick aluminum foil—makes cleanup SUPER easy). Combine butter and chopped garlic into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in microwave for 30 seconds or until butter is completely melted.
Remove bowl from microwave and add in a small dash of salt and mustard sauce. Stir up all ingredients with a fork or spoon and spread over salmon. Lastly, sprinkle salmon with black pepper corns and a little bit of oregano. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until fully cooked through 🙂
I paired it with oven roasted broccoli and cauliflower + HEB’s bulgur and red quinoa + an amazing onion herb bread from HEB’s bakery.
Pro Tip: Make enough to have leftovers to take to work …it will totally make your Monday like it did mine 🙂 [see pretty work lunch picture].
